 A voice conference permits an aggregation of individuals to take part in telephone call  Conferencing frameworks regularly uphold different conference rooms  A graphical user interface that permits all members to see who is at present talking and alternatively who has joined the conference

 Establishing connections between 3 hard phones  Creating a common conference room extension  Enabling a 3-way conferencing between the three user by dialing the conference room number

 Firstly we have added an extension which is shown as below

 We have configured meetme.conf file and created a conference room number

 Offices  Hospitals  Many public places  Many social networking sites in Gmail, Skype

 Here we have used only 3 hard phones the number can be increased  We can secure the conferencing server by providing a pin  We can even use a bridge server instead and even a video server can be established
