WebInq: electronic data collection service Become a main user for a unit 1.Subscribe and login WebInq; 2.Identify the inquired unit (enterprise); 3.INE send a letter to the inquired unit with the master key, informing the name of the user applicant; 4.The inquired unit send the master key to the user applicant; 5.The user activate the master key and become the main user of the inquired unit.
