Think of two characters in Of Mice and Men who affect the outcome of the story. Discuss the actions and interactions of each character. Also, discuss how each character affects the conclusion of the story. Finally, discuss each character’s actual role in the conclusion, as well as each character’s emotions following the action at the conclusion of the novel.

Think of a character in Of Mice and Men who changes. Discuss how that character changes, why the character changes, and how those changes affect others in the story.

Think of one character in Of Mice and Men who makes either a good decision or a bad decision. Identify that decision, tell how it affects that character, and say why you think the decision was a good one or a bad one. You may want to consider how the decision affects other characters in positive or negative ways. You may also want to discuss the consequences of that decision.
