Task 4 Your boss has noted that many staff are weak at using Microsoft PowerPoint, he has asked you to create a user guide for non technical staff: The maximum number of pages is 2 sides of A4 – in order for the document to be folded into a 4 page A5 booklet. – You could Include – Master Slides – Transitions – Animations – Text/Sounds/Images – Backgrounds – Saving/opening – Inserting slides b) After completing the first draft of the document you should print it and annotate the mistakes which have been made on the document. c) Based on your annotations you should produce the final version of the booklet which contains no mistakes. If you have not yet met the criteria can you use the notes from last lesson to help or user peer reviewing to help you?
