Red group came up with the idea to build more stationary equipment (swings etc. ) on the field. It will encourage the children to have more fun at break times and to use the play equipment more. It will let the children have more fun and lunch time too.

It will benefit the children because they will have more fun than just sitting about getting bored on the field. They will have much more fun on the field and they will get more exercise.

The play equipment will benefit the teachers because the children use a lot of energy so they can concentrate better in lesson time. Also at home they will be more tired and will sleep better so they are ready to go back to school again the next day, and focus better in lesson time.

The play equipment will benefit the parents because they will know that their children are having more fun and are getting more exercise whilst at school. So, this will mean that the parents will know that their children are getting more exercise.

The governors are the backbone of the school They keep the school running, so it will benefit them because once they have paid for the equipment they will not have to have any maintenance work done to them.

We are hoping to buy these 3 objects, a 5 seated swing, a 14ft trampoline and a climbing frame, the total cost is,

Strengths Children get more exercise More fun for the children No ones bored The children are tired when they get to class Weaknesses Less space to run around People could fall of and hurt themselves

Less space to run around- Although there is less space to run around, the field is still large, so it wont really matter. People might fall off- If anyone does fall of then it won’t hurt so bad because the field is grassy also the school has trained first aiders so if someone does get hurt they know what to do..
