Recipe ingredients 2 boxes of Velveeta Shells macaroni and cheese 16 oz grams of sour cream 1 jar of Salsa 1 ½ lbs of hamburger meat 1 bag of shredded cheddar cheese 1 bag of tortilla chips 1 packet of taco mix
Recipe Directions Cook macaroni as directed Brown hamburger meat; drain; add taco mix Drain macaroni and add ¾ of sour cream and mix together In a 13 x 9 pan spread ½ of the macaroni on the bottom, top with the hamburger meat, sprinkle ½ of the cheese, and put the other ½ of macaroni on top Cover with foil and bake in the oven on 425 degrees for 15 minutes Take out and top with rest of cheese, thin layer of salsa, and top with crushed tortilla chips. Put back in oven uncovered for 5 minutes
