GAM3 update 2011 PRODUCT ENHANCEMENT PROCESS  456 new enhancement requests received  A few duplicated items (votes merged – 10 point maximum)  Excel format  Maximum 100 points allocated per Maintenance paying customer  Voting - 4 Dec 2011 – 27 Jan 2012  74 companies voted (7031 votes registered)  Highest 132 votes (registered by 25 voters)  70 requests failed to receive a vote  Full feedback at Inforum 2012 – MUGA meeting (22 nd April 2012)
