Flexibility The ability to bend and move the joints through a full range of motion.

Cardio Respiratory Endurance The ability to do activities that require oxygen for extended periods of time. Aerobic exercise

Healthful Body Composition Having a high ratio of lean tissue to fat tissue in the body.

Skill Related Components of Fitness

Agility The ability to move quickly and easily.

Balance The ability to keep from falling.
