The receipt of slambuc

 40 dkg onion  20 dkg smoked bacon  2 kg potato  20 dkg ‚lebbencs’ pasta  1 ts. salt  2 dl water Ingredients (for 5 people)

 Cut the bacon into small cubes.  Peel the onions and cut them into cubes.  Peel the potatoes too, then cut them into thin slices. 1. step

 Put the bacon into a hot pot and fry it for a few minutes.  Put the onion into the grease fried out and braise it until it becomes glazy. 2. step

 Add the potatoes and fry them with continous stirring for a few minutes.  Add the water and some salt to taste, then cover the pot. Wait a little bit while the potatoes become tender. 3. step

Finally, add the shattered pasta and stir it. When the pasta becomes tender, you are ready! 4. lépés

 Set the table and enjoy! 5. step
