4 Government Relations Town Hall 2014 Legislative Federal Priorities As approved by the NASBP Board Amending the following federal statutes H.R. 776 (ensuring that assets pledged on federal construction projects are easy to convert to liquid assets to protect small businesses and taxpayers). Title 41 (prohibiting automatic threshold increases to the Federal Miller Act). Contract Bundling (include the term “new construction” in the definition of contract bundling).
