Safety Time

About Us We are students of the Technical Management course of the 11th year of INETE. We are now entering a contest of Junior Achievement Portugal, titled "The Company", where the aim is to build a mini-company from a group of students and create an innovative product or service.

Product Our product is a device that raises awareness / alert wearing of seat belts by children whenever they walk by car, avoiding future injuries in case of accidents. Along with the device is included a portable TV, where they will spend children's stories. This TV will have an automatic connection, or for the child to read or hear the stories will have to buckle up.

Concerns We have mainly focused on road safety. Our product try to motivate children to put the belt along with the playful and educational components that transmit our Objectives Make children aware that while in the car must buckle up to prevent injuries in case of accidents.

Strengths - child road-prevention - adults do not mind spending money for the sake of the children.Pontos Fracos - The cost of production is relatively high Threats - We have a constraint on the length of our product on the market, because there, in a small part of the motor (most recent) circulating in Portugal, sensors that detect if the seat belt is placed or not. Opportunities - The children's market is much sought after. - We have a new product to market. - There is good acceptance by the public in accordance with the market survey. Swot analysis
