Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) Microsoft moving aggressively into voice communications Establishing OCS pilot project (March) Augment existing services, Nortel/Microsoft partnership OCS not (yet) a fully functioning corporate VoIP PBX.

McMaster Medical School UW contracted to provide all network services for McMaster Medical School. SLA developed Temporary facilities at 50 Queen up and running.
