Terrorism Innocent victims suffer an attack on their right to live in peace. The suspected perpetrators of attacks also have rights Countries use terrorism to commit violations USA, China, Egypt, Pakistan and Uzbekistan.

Natural Disasters Human rights of disaster victims are not taken into account. Unequal access to assistance, discrimination in aid provision Result from insufficient resources and capacities to prepare and respond to the disasters.

War Human Rights Violations are the norm. Both sides commit violations, as a rule.

Organized Crime In part responsible for surge in crime rates and, in some countries, have accumulated vast influence over government institutions. Gov. represents the interests of criminal enterprises. Guatemala, El Salvador, Colombia and Peru.
