Purpose of the Caucus and Convention Cycle 1.Elect delegates and alternates to attend the 2010 State Convention. 2.Build the Democratic Party across the state in preparation for 2010 election efforts. 3.Provide Democrats statewide with the opportunity to introduce resolutions and contribute to platform development on issues about which they are concerned.
