In groups of 4… 1. Take turns to share an example of your educational practice that represents what you most value about being a trainer. Focus on the ‘Why?’ – in other words how does this example demonstrate your values as a trainer? Notice if you end up talking more about the ‘What?’ or ‘How?’ 2. Try to identify some core educational values to bring back to the whole group
