Technology Provider MFI Stake Holders

What we’ve done to date Implemented the technical solution & successfully conducted a trial with ENDA.  100% participation, and all loans/transactions accounted for. Tested the solution with 1 mobile operator & started discussions with the second Advanced discussions for the commercialization and distribution of the solution with a bank in Tunisia, in conjunction with a mobile operator. We are preparing a "best practice" guide for MFI's to launch the service. The « mobile loan management solutions for MFI's » as a starter for banks

Challenges/Solutions: Regulation, Distribution, Business-Model Not just a mobile payment transaction - it is a MFI Loan Management Solution:  The integration with MFI MIS - extends the view to the user on his/her mobile  Real-time posting of payments to all parties involved We work with banks and operators, and local partners to facilitate the regulatory and service offering.  The business model works if each player focuses on their own business. Allow for shared revenue and additional services as incentive  Finding (or creating) a local service provider relieves the different players and own the solution from end-to-end The technology must:  Adapt to work with your process and not the reverse (API’s to local partners)  Open and Forward thinking in its design to create new services for the banks and service providers

THANK YOU!! RAMZI EL-FEKIH
