GRCGLARescue Organizational Overview Corporate structure Incorporated according to CA state law with GRCGLA as sole member Fiscal year ends June 30 Governed by Board of Directors appointed by GRCGLA Rescue Board composed of 5-7 members, each serving 2- year terms (terms staggered so everyone doesn’t expire at the same time!) Rescue board officers are elected by rescue BoD. Officers are President, Vice President (optional), Secretary and Treasurer

GRCGLARescue Organizational Overview Rescue Board Nomination Process Nominating committee formed each April. One member each from rescue BoD, club BoD and rescue volunteer team Nominations accepted for any qualified nominee Self-nominations are also accepted BoD members with expiring terms may be asked to re-up Nominating committee reviews all nominees to identify most qualified candidates Slate of final candidates prepared Slate presented to and approved by GRCGLA BoD at June regular meeting
