Mostly A’s Well done! You got an average of mostly A’s, meaning that you are a healthy active young adult. Keep it up and you will stay healthy and happy. Remember, it is always good to get lots of sleep at night and try to relax. This will help you get the best out of your school day as you will be able to concentrate more and work to your full potential.

Mostly B’s Good job you are fairly healthy, but you still have to work a bit harder to reach your peak of fitness. Why not try getting a gym membership or playing sport with friends to get more active. You could also motivate your parents to buy organic foods and lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. Get lots of sleep, relax and eat well to stay fit and healthy and to be ready for your exams.

Mostly C’s Oh dear  You must work much harder to become a healthy fit person. Eating healthily and being active can help: you sleep better, concentrate more, loose weight, feel better and even feel happier. You should try to drink much more than 1.5 litres of water a day, and make sure you eat lots of fruit. You can become healthier if you try so don’t give up!
