Roman Villas Be a Roman estate agent

Roman Villa Lesson Objectives To plan and design your own villa. To become a Roman estate agent and produce a sales flyer to sell your Villa.

Starter Using no more than 30 words try and describe and sell this Roman villa to me Make sure your description is positive

Your task-complete the Villa task You have a budget of 8,000 Denarii to design your villa Remember there are 3 sections to spend money on: Rooms Extras Slaves Make the villa nice and spend wisely!

Sell, sell, sell! Your mission is to become a Roman Estate agent. This means you have to try and sell a villa in the countryside near Rome by creating a model and a sales flyer.

Some good selling points Write about how big it is and talk about the land you have. Write about the decorations in the villa such as mosaics and wall paintings Write about the hypocaust system Write about the location BUY, BUY BUY!

Describe your Roman villa. in as much detail as possible.

Your booklet Have a picture of the villa on the front The different rooms in your villa A room plan of your villa Explain the different features of your villa Use colours and pictures to make it nice Remember to make your villa sound nice! You must include the following!
