What Changed? The SI program moved under the supervision of the Vice President of Instruction –Academics vs. Students Services –SI program was voluntarily suspended for a semester Faculty Coordinator of Supplemental Instruction position created –Institutional Funding –Institutional Support

Recommendations Determine the organizational location of your SI program –To secure funding Identify a single SI coordinator that oversees all SI targeted courses –Training, supervision and recording keeping Get administrative support from the highest ranking administer possible –To ensure funding
