Habits Baby Steps

Write Goals for Your Mission Identify your biggest time-wasters. Write a list of the top five. Identify ways that you can fix times where you waste time. Think of something you’ve procrastinated (put-off) for a long time but is very important to you. List at least one, and write an explanation of how you could find time to do this thing. Identify a fear that is holding you back from reaching your goals. List that thing, along with some ways that you could overcome this fear (maybe by using baby steps).
