Old Live Cimpro Server System 1) Hard to Navigate/difficult to use 2) Difficult to change/update customer information 3) Difficult for drivers to understand, change, and access. 4) Slows down delivery process.

Problems Contains old/dead accounts Some customers have multiple dead accounts so orders go to wrong addresses Contains unnecessary data Current database is the only storage of information used
