RECYCLING AND ACUMULATION OF WASTE

INDEX How to recycle? Advantages of recycling. Disadvantages of accumulated waste.

HOW TO RECYCLE? Reduce : you can reduce the amount of waste yu create by choosing what rubbish yu throw away. Reuse : before you throw those items away, think about how they can be reused. Recycling : is an important factor in conserving natural resources and greatly contributes towards improving the environment.

ADVANTAGES OF RECYCLING 1. Protects Environment. 2. Reduces Energy Consumption. 3. Reduces Pollution. 4: Reduces Global Warming. 5. Judicial and Sustainable use of Resources. 6. Conserves Natural Resources. 7. Reduces Amount of Waste to Landfills. 8. Create Green Jobs.

Disadvantages of waste acumulation. Increasing wealth means that people are buying more products and ultimately creating more waste. Increasing population means that there are more people on the planet to create waste. New packaging and technological products are being developed, much of these products contain materials that are not biodegradable. New lifestyle changes, such as eating fast food, means that we create additional waste that isn’t biodegradable.
