2 The TDC from a Supplier Perspective The TDC from a Supplier Perspective WinSoft Inc. A Professional Engineering Services Firm Member of the TDC and IVI Foundation Specializing in: Software, Hardware, Complete System Integration and ATE

3 TDC advantages  Collect feedback from broad range of industries which results in: –T&M commonality and open architecture –Sharing of non-proprietary knowledge  Connection between Users and Suppliers for the benefit of the both parties.  Exposure of members and non-members to new technologies and market trends.

4 Next Generation – Test Executive  The TDC plays a significant role by collecting data and requirements from different sectors of Industry which otherwise would not share this data.  “Independent” specifications and guidelines are more than welcome as the TDC collects, organizes and disseminates this information.

5 General standards  “Independent” benchmarks for real-time data acquisition systems, operating systems (RealTime, NT, Linux,etc), hardware, etc.  Review on Database, Legacy Data, etc..

6 The Future Test Environment  Standardization across one-broad platform is desired by many users. This will result in:  Decreased cost in solution generation  Stability of test platform for many years  The latest technology is introduced into a platform all users will have exposure to.

7 The Future test Environment The Future test Environment  The TDC’s strategic role will help assist that this platform uniformity is Un-bias and complete in the sense of scalability, flexibility and use of latest advancements in test and measurement.  As well as providing a forum for users and suppliers to maintain an open dialogue resulting in the most advanced and complete test platform.

8 Coordination Coordination  “Glue” between Government and Commercial entities.  “Glue” between Government entities: Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, etc.
