THE QUALITY IN EDUCATION THE FAIRY-TALE OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS Cristina Dumitrache Colegiul National “Ion Minulescu”

Once upon a time… There were the teacher and the student …and they were struggling to find a common form of communication: the educational methods as part of a unitary system of rules, duties and obligations. CHARACTERS – TEACHERS AND STUDENTS THE PROCESS OF EDUCATION – THE BUILDUNGS ROMAN WRITTEN BY EACH STUDENT AND TEACHER ACCORDING TO THEIR OWN EXPERIENCE THE TESTING OF THE CHARACTER – THE TEACHING- EVALUATION STRATEGIES

And so the story goes… Quality, as the character or nature, belonging to or distinguishing a thing, may lead to gaining confidence that we can shape and alter the image of education either as a castle or just as a simple hut. Methods, means and didactic materials ( the applicative-practical and formative character ) Didactic action structure and deployment form (content, resources, teaching tools, school supplies, principles, evaluation)

METHODS Oral communication method-expose, interrogation, questions Exploitation method-direct, indirect demonstrative, modeling Action method-external, simulation Computer instruction-computer, instruction, simulation

WHO SHOULD BE THE KING? The one who has: a certain professional competence availability for group working psycho- pedagogical and methodic preparation team spirit coaching students capacity multilateral culture

WHAT SHOULD THE DISCIPLE ACHIEVE? CONFIDENCE AND INTEREST AWAKENING THE CAPACITY TO USE INFORMATION IN THEIR FUTURE JOB A HIGH LEVEL OF UNDERSTANDING AND MAKING DIFFERENT CONNECTIONS INDIVIDUALITY, CONTINUITY

SOMETHING OLD, SOMETHING NEW… OLD- methods, principles, approaches, techniques (the theoretical tools in the process of teaching) NEW- personalized patterns, role- playing in interpreting everyday situations

THE ROAD TO THE KINGDOM… PROBLEM – SOLVING MAKING THE TRANSITION TOWARDS NEW HORIZONS UNDERSTANDING MODELS AND TRYING TO APPLY THEM TO MORE COMPLEX STRUCTURES

AND THEY LIVED HAPPILY EVER AFTER… HARMONIZING THE INPUT AND THE OUTPUT EFFECTIVE RESULTS SPECIAL ATMOSPHERE AND A STRONG BOND BETWEEN THE TEACHER AND THE STUDENT LEARNING FROM THE TEACHING PEOCESS AND ADAPTING METHODS TO GROUPS OF STUDENTS DOUBLE-SIDED PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE
