Questions We Need To Answer…

Data Tracking Poster In addition to any data answering questions previously discussed, your poster must contain the following… 1.Choose a Robeks smoothie. Calculate the number of calories from fat, protein, and carbohydrates. Show all work. 2.How many calories from protein, fat, and carbohydrates do we need daily? 3.Choose a smoothie and research the ingredients to determine their nutritional value. Do they have good or bad carbohydrates? 4.Choose one nutritional boost from the Robeks menu. Is it essential to have? What are the benefits? Are there any disadvantages? Use the evidence!

Before you go… Take a nutrition label from the front lab bench. Calculate the total number of Calories and the total number of Calories from fat. Show all work.
