Alleged perpetrator  The grandmother (Chindy Anthony) called and said, “her granddaughter was missing for 31 days.”  The mother (Casey Marie Anthony) says, “her Nanny (Zenadia Fernadez- Gonzake) kidnapped her daughter.”  The grandmother (Chindy Anthony) said, “her daughter (Casey Anthony) car smelled like a dead body was in her car.”  The grandfather (George Anthony) said, “he did not smell any odor in the car.”

Victim or Victims  The so called nanny says, "she never meet Casey and Caylee the day of the kidnapping.”  The grandmother (Chindy Anthony) said, she seen a blanket and a garbage bag in Casey’s trunk.

Court Actions  Casey Anthony was accused of killing her 2 year old daughter with Coliform and duck tape. She was acquitted of first degree murder aggravated, child abuse, and manslaughter at the Orlando court room. The judge over the case was chief judge Bevin Perry.

Law Enforcement  Casey lied to the FBI of Orange County and said that she worked at Universal Studios. (She hasn’t worked there for a year.  Arrested for false statement to law Enforcement July 16,2008.  Casey was bailed out on 500,200 dollars bond by her nephew and the orange country released her.  The police found the garbage bag with a blanket in it near the family home.

Judge also denied a final motion in question, asking to exclude air samples and evidence pertaining to a "smell of death" in the trunk of Casey's car July 5, 2011 – 'Not Guilty' 2009 January 22, 2009 – George Anthony reported missing George failed to show up at home for a meeting with lawyer Brad Conway 2008 JUNE 9, Earliest date Casey Anthony claimed she dropped off Caylee with a babysitter named Zenaida Fernandez Gonzalez at the Sawgrass Apartments. JUNE 9–12, Casey told her parents she had been going to work, while Caylee was staying with the nanny.
