NOISE VIBRATION HARSHNESS ANALYZER The NVH Analyzer assists in determining the causes of excessive vibration and/or noise on the vehicle. The Analyzer identifies the vibration or noise source by capturing the frequency, amplitude and decibel level. The tester’s database can name the driveshaft, engine, axels, a/c compressor, water pump, alternator, wheel bearings, and man others as the sources of the problem.

ON CAR INJECTOR FLOW BENCH The unique On Car Injector Flow Bench tester allows us to test all fuel injectors in one turn without removing them from the car. In result it compares injectors electrical and physical values to factory specifications. Electrically the flow bench measures resistance and inductance while on the physical side it checks the pulsation and steady flow to se if there are any weak springs or sticking pintles. It includes PC software to include customer information and to print test results

MotorVac TRANS TECH MotorVac Trans Tech is designed to exchange virtually all of its used automatic transmission fluid in the vehicle’s transmission. It does not merely replace the old fluid, but thoroughly cleans the inside components (i.e. torque converter, valve body, clutch drums etc.) An ATF conditioner will help seal pliable and reduce the possibility of leakage, reducing fluid oxidation and heat related breakdowns. These solutions will help quiet and smooth shifting, improve performance and prolong transmission life. When using Trans Tech it is not necessary to replace transmission filter and gasket, because it also will be cleaned in the process. On several cars, the trans filter is not removable which makes Trans Tech the only option.
