PROGRAM HISTORY 2009: College Access Challenge Grant (CACG) awarded to Indiana (ICHE). 2010: ICHE & IYI developed partnership to oversee the development & management of mentoring initiative. High Schools & Mentoring Programs selected through RFP process.
