Company Background “Snax in the City” 2007 Currently 5 employees Like other convenience stores

Business Process The employees sell the products. Cashiers and take inventory through a paper- and-pen system. The employees restock based on how much was deducted from the inventory the previous month. Management analyzes the inventories in order to analyze which products are in demand and which products should the convenience store stop selling and what to order. The store adopts on what people usually demand on convenient stores and try to order and make customers leave with satisfaction.
