Bathe (Author of “Finite Element Procedures) and associates. 흉부 대동맥내에서 3D MR의 흐름 Application Introduction module FSI Application 인체에 있는 현지 관 해부학 그리고 기능의 지식은 심장 혈관 질병의 진단 그리고 처리를 위한 중대한 관심사의 이다. 가슴 대동맥에 있는 hemodynamics의 포괄적 분석은 최신식 급속한 prototyping 기술 및 컴퓨터 유체 역학 (CFD)를 가진 flow-sensitive 4D MRI의 통합에 근거하 선물된다. 급속한 prototyping는 큰 해부 적용을 가진 현실주의 관 모형으로 대조하 강화된 씨 혈관 조영법에 의해 측정되는 것과 같이 대동맥 geometries를 변형시키기 위하여 이용되었다. flow-sensitive 4D MRI의 환자 특정한 두근거리는 유입 상태 그리고 신청을 가진 교류 회로로 통합은 현지의 상세한 분석을 허용하고 세계적인 3D는 역동성 현실주의 관 기하학에 있는 흐른다. 결과는 현실주의 관 hemodynamics의 상세한 실험 가장을 위한 그런 환자 특정한 모델 시스템의 잠재력을 나타낸다.

대뇌 동맥류 Application Introduction module FSI Application 대뇌 동맥류는 동맥의 병리학 팽창시킴이고, Willis의 원형의 전방과 뒤 지구에서 일반적으로 찾아냈다. 대뇌 동맥류의 파열은 잠재적으로 가혹한 신경학상 합병증을 가진 지주막하 출혈을 일으키는 원인이 된다. Hemodynamics는 대뇌 동맥류의 진행성 그리고 파열에 있는 중요한 역할을 한다. 이 학문은 Willis의 원형의 전방과 뒤 순환 지구에서 있는 대뇌 동맥류를 두갈래로 가르기의 7개의 환자 특정한 모형에 있는 혈류량 역동성과 액체 구조 상호 작용을 기술한다. 모형은 3D 회전 혈관 조영법 이미지 데이터에서 얻어지고, 혈류량 역동성과 액체 구조 상호 작용은 유입의 생리적으로 대표적인 파형의 밑에 공부되었다. 동맥 벽은 탄력 있고, 등방성 균질 이고 추측되었다. 교류는 박판 모양, non-Newtonian와 압축할 수 없고 추측되었다.
