How to Study for a Test In Science

Know you vocabulary How do you do that? Maybe writing down all of the vocabulary words on a sheet of paper Then seeing if you know what they mean – how they are used

Review the IQ Go on line Are you comfortable that YOU have the answers to all the questions? Without looking, do you remember the answers?

Study WS Go over the WS REDO the WS without looking at the answers The check you answers Ask yourself: do I know what skill this WS is testing ?

Studying at home Study the night before = disaster. Learning takes time. Study a little bit each day You cant memorize all the vocabulary the night before

During the TEST Complete the test. Cover your answers REDO each question. Then question by question see if your answers agree IF NOT: You have a work it out
