SAS Process ORGANISATION REGISTRATION All existing and all new organisations to register with Pobal – Reference organisation form, terms & conditions and privacy policy in your information pack Organisations register only once with Pobal All registrations reviewed by Pobal
SAS Process PARTICIPANT APPLICATIONS Registered organisation undertakes home visit as normal with potential participant Sample participant application form and privacy policy in your information pack Participant applications to be submitted to Pobal
SAS Process PARTICIPANT APPLICATIONS All participant applications reviewed by Pobal Approved participant applications communicated to organisation Communication includes equipment approved and details of supplier to be contacted to arrange installation
SAS Process SUPPLIER DETAILS Supplier details notified by Pobal will include supplier name and telephone number This supplier to be contacted to arrange installation of equipment for participant Installation arrangements to be agreed between organisation, participant and supplier
SAS Process PAYMENTS Suppliers will invoice Pobal directly re SAS equipment installed (online process) Pobal will automatically generate payments towards administration to organisations All payments (suppliers & organisations) issued on a monthly basis
