2003 Impacts  35 states have implementation plans with 7 pending  22 states reported data online  16,914 individuals participated in one or more programs  84% increased their financial literacy  59% planned to utilize practices  55% planned to develop integrated plan  72% indicated that the program(s) were valuable to them  96% would recommend program(s) to others
