Work to complete next reporting period: -Purchase hardware -Hardware setup -Create web site -Roll out product What’s going well and why: - The Team continues to work well together due to weekly meetings where problems and conflicts are addressed and resolved. - Tentative approvals have been given by the Client on project analysis; this has been accomplished due to the diligence and cooperation of all team members. What’s not going well and why: - Content development. The content is taking longer to develop as a result of client changes and modifications. Suggestions/Issues: Project changes - Content scope now requires an end user survey to start after the user exits the program.
