To improve your life you can do a 2 minute jog to keep healthy, stay in good shape and so you do not become too fat or possibly obese.

The food we eat can have a huge impact on our health and well-being. A healthy diet reduces the risk of developing heart disease, high blood pressure and also some cancers. If you have a long-term health condition such as diabetes, then eating a healthy, well-balanced diet is extremely important.

In Northern Ireland at least 7 out of 10 people are not physically active enough to benefit their health. This inactivity is associated with numerous causes of disease and disability in Northern Ireland such as stroke, obesity, colo-rectal cancer, stress and lower back pain.
