2 every student. every classroom. every day. 2 OUSD Performance Management Vision As a performance management team we will build a performance management culture in which all OUSD teams and employees understand how their performance is aligned to our district- wide goals for student achievement. We will know we are successful when every employee: – Knows and understands the district goals for student achievement, – Can articulate individual and team goals and targets aimed at critical outcomes that will contribute to academic acceleration, – Demonstrates a commitment to the values and practices of a service oriented culture, – Has access to and utilizes key metrics to assess performance, – Frequently reflects on progress, practice, and outcomes, – Is rewarded for exemplary outcomes and – Faces consequences and receives differentiated support when they do not succeed.
