Differentiation Positioning Positioning –Perceptions –Planned image versus reality –Brands »Equity »Extension –How to tell? How to analyze? How to re-position? »Perceptual maps »Surveys »Results of SWOT analysis (especially the “S”) –Don’t forget to include your competitors!
