Sequence

A list of numbers following a rule or plan.

Even Numbers

Numbers that can be divided by two without a remainder.

Odd Numbers

Numbers that can be divided by two but will have a remainder of one.

Algorithm

A method of calculation.

Addend

A number that is added in an addition problem.

Sum

The result of addition.

Ordinal Numbers

Numbers that indicate position or order. 1st 3rd2nd

Difference

The result of subtraction.

Factor

A number being multiplied.

Product

The result of multiplication.

Horizontal

Level; parallel with the horizon.

Vertical

Straight up and down

Oblique

Denominator

The bottom number of a fraction.

A number divisible by only one and itself.

A number having more than 2 factors.
