ASCA Projects – Process Employed Requests for assistance made by DOC’s. Requests reviewed /approved by Executive Committee. If approved, ASCA staff prepare and submit proposal to DOC and revise if necessary. Staff submit name(s) of proposed consultant(s) to DOC for comment and approval. Staff contact and engage consultant(s). Work is undertaken and completed. Staff solicit feedback from DOC.
