OVERVIEW Introduction Background study Problem statement Objectives Methodology & Concept Technicals Economic Feasibility Result & discussion Conclusion

INTRODUCTION (PROBLEM STATEMENT) The present class attendance signing system is unorganized, inefficient and need to be manually managed by lecturers.

INTRODUCTION (BACKGROUND STUDIES) The present class attendance signing system: Takes too much time Disturbs the focus of students Cause cheating among students

INTRODUCTION (OBJECTIVES) To create a more systematic and well-managed attendance system by making use of student’s matric card. Introduce an electronic attendance registration system which is Cheat proof Reliable Cost effective Encourages paperless environment

METHODOLOGY Problem Identification Come out with design system Analyze the design system Gather data (survey and feedback) Work on the prototype Test and evaluate the prototype Make improvement if necessary Come out with final product

Data saved in the Excel file and ready to be copied Subject passing sensor 1 Subject passing sensor 2 Scan the matric card Data sent to the computer

FEATURES Accurate data recording User-friendly software Quick operation Anti-cheat system

TECHNICALS (ELECTRONICS)

USE BOTH DIGITAL & ANALOGUE COMPONENTS USED: 8 AND GATES 2 OR GATES 12 NOT GATES 1 XOR GATE 3 COMPARATORS/OP-AMPS

TECHNICALITIES (ELECTRONICS)
