Grampian Fire and Rescue Service Preventing Protecting Responding Storm Surge Event 15 th December Initial call received at 0220 hrs 4 x Pumping Appliances (24 Personnel) 2 x Level 2 Flood Teams & Level 3 SRT Team from Tayside FRS responded Significant flooding of both Turner and Hanover Court 24 persons lead to safety
