1955, he began freelancing for Harper’s Bazaar This brought him to photography He urged to be a photographers assistant Michael Caine - 1964

1957 - 1963 He worked with top models Worked with David Bailey and Terence Donovan By British press they were “Terrible Three” Brian Duffy, “Before 1960, a fashion photographer was tall, thin and camp. But we three are different: short, fat and heterosexual!”
He worked in magazines and newspapers 1967, he made a film production company He partnered with Len Deighton It was called: Deighton Duffy 1979, he gave up photography
1983, he directed a music video ( Spandau Ballet's "Gold“ ) In 2009 he returned to photography He shot pictures of the same people from the 60’s and 70’s. He died May 31st 2010 from degenerative lung disease
