To be a little bit more serious….  Studies in tourism + HR certificate  telephone sales agent for a car rental company and then a british airline (6 years)  Human resources assistant, then HR Executive in BA Call centre (12 years)  Pedagogical coordinator IGS (since 3 years)

My job today Pedagogical coordinator o building our programs related to HR process & strategy : contents, schedule, o Recruit, manage our different trainers o Coordinate each program o Support our trainee on a day-to-day basis o trainees evaluation, assesment

The french educational system Tertiary education Upper secondary general : y A Level or technological learning Lower secondary general 11 – 15 years Primary : 6 – 11 years Pre primary : 3 – 6 years old

Our vocational training centre : Institut de Gestion Sociale Master in Human resources Train students to get in generalist HR positions acting as HR business partners for management at operational or strategic level

Human resources Certificate 2 certificates (level 1 & level 2) A Level (baccalauréat) + 4 or 5 years 200 students /year coming from different universities & schools 120 adults/year access via lifelong learning process

Our pedagogical layout program A program = from 475 to 690 training hours Including about 30/35 sessions session Each session dealing with an HR issue : payroll, labor law, communication, recruitment, training,social negociation, trade union management, international mobility…… Each session : from 12 h to 35 h, led by an HR professional A session = key competences validation Operational practice For each programm : at least 6 months internship and/or aprenticeship in a HR department Each trainee is evaluated by his tutor and an IGS Team member
