At the end of 1941 in our city called Kuibushev were evacuated enterprises of aviation industry that got the plan to produce airplanes IL-2 and aviation equipment. To prepare staff for this enterprises was founded Kuibushev aviation institute. Today it is Samara State Aerospace University (SSAU). One of the first among 28 innovative universities, which were approved to enter national project “Innovative programs of the institutes of higher education in Russia” in One of the main object of government investments in project “Development of nano-industry infrastructure in Russia” in One of the 29 national research universities in Russia. The status was approved in SSAU got annual grant for 5 –year program until One of the 15 universities in Russia, which were approved to enter project “5-100”. SSAU got annual mega-grant from 2013 till 2020 for realization of its Roadmap. Main aim of this project is to enter top-100 in the world university rankings such as QS or ARWU. 3. Nanotechnologies research in collaboration with Beijing polytechnic university (China) Diamond diffractive lenses for technological CO 2 -lenses 3-d photonic crystals coated by gold nanolayer Nanophotonics and diffractive optics EXAMPLES OF MUTUAL RESEARCH PROJECTS Different approaches for fabrication of micro and nano- optical elements as well as for optical meta-materials synthesis are developed.
