GMB_KOREA is located in Chang Won. It produces Engine part, Auto T/M part, Chassis part, Bearing part. We introduce Bearing part. Bearing is made by TIB Manufacturing process.

Ball bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads. It achieves this by using at least two races to contain the balls and transmit the loads through the balls.radialaxial

This picture is whole of TIB Manufacturing process. It includes forging, cutting, grinding, heat treatment and assembly.

This process is forging.

Cutting has a lot of cutting tools. When you manufacture a ball bearing you use boring.

Grinding uses a grinding wheel as the cutting tool. This process make flat surface of metal to smooth.

TIB process use many Grinding process. Width, external, Raceway and Raceway Super finishing. Width and external Grinding are only for the external. Other Grinding process are for inner and external.

Assemble the whole of parts. And then insert the grease to make them smooth.
