Neglected or Delinquent Students Title I, Part D of NCLB Services for children in local and State institutions for neglected or delinquent youth Prevention services for at-risk students Examples: juvenile detention centers, children’s homes, halfway houses, county jails, marine institutes and wilderness institutes

N or D - Reporting for Funding Eligible Students years old Reside in or served in a qualified institution Meet the “count period” requirement Count Period District selects 30 day period, one day of which is in October Identify eligible students served during the count period
