Seto Congressional Visit Day Put on by Science-Engineering-Technology work group – all sorts of people from the APS/IBM etc etc APS participated via Public Affairs office – Mike Lubell RKS-Tim Hallman from RHIC – others from DNP etc Constituent (e.g. me) visits local congressman (e.g. Rep Calvert R- CA) together with 2-4 other science types IBMer for the APS, FNAL(Enest Malamud), UCR(Vice-chancellor) – would have been nice to have a student Briefing by DOE-Decker/NSF/NASA-Goldin/AAAS-science analyst/OMB Heard from Hall (D-Tx senior democratic member of science comm Senators Mikulski and Bond – supporters of NSF
