5 Upgrades in Human Resources 7.0 PTREARN: A new California MIS Additional Earnings check box field has been added to the Regulatory Information.

6 Upgrades in Human Resources 7.0 Regulatory Information window of PTREARN lets you identify the earn codes that are to be included in the calculation of the annual salary by the PEPCSAL process.

8 Upgrades in Human Resources In addition to the Early Termination field, two new fields have been added to the COBRA Person Form PCAPERS in conformance to all other Identification forms in Banner: 1. Date COBRA person’s coverage was terminated early. 2.User Displays ID of user who last updated the COBRA record. 3.Activity Date Displays date on which the COBRA record was last updated.

10 Upgrades in General Release 7.3 Common Matching Usability Improvements. A client advisory group, 14 institutions, has been providing feedback Many RPEs have been incorporated in this release.

12 Upgrades in General Release 7.4 Data Extract Output Enhancement (GJIREVO) –Output will be written to new tables

13 Banner Finance Upgrades that effect HR/Payroll - Release 8.0 Travel and Expense Reporting –Expected functionality to include capability to: Initiate pre-travel authorizations Incorporate travel policy and rules Encumber planned travel expenses Request travel advances Report final travel expenses Request reimbursement to the travel (if expenses exceeded advances) or initiate repayment to the College (if advances exceeded expenses)
