In 10 months (April ‘11-Jan ‘12): – WRAP 49.9% increase full text items on previous year – Publications service from 0 to 33,774 records Excellent team building exercise. Set of documents on the service for use in the future and to drive development. Useful process even if you don’t turn them into materials!
